Q: If I live on the Gold Coast can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, however we do ask that you give us 24 hours to pack your order and once your order is packed I will contact you regarding a pick up time.
Q: Do you sell Internationally?
A: Yes, we welcome customers from all around the world. If you would like to know how much postage will be, just add your items to the cart and proceed with checkout (no payment is required at this stage). I will then notify you of the postage rate (which is based on weight and is at cost price). If you would then like to proceed with your purchase a PayPal invoice will be sent to you.
Q: I have a Discount Code how do I use it?
A: Follow these steps:
1. You will need to register or login before you select any items into you shopping cart.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase.
3. Enter your Coupon Code at the very bottom of the Shopping Cart screen.
4. Checkout.
Q: I have a Gift Certificate how do I use it?
A: Follow these steps:
1. You will need to register or login before you select any items into your shopping cart.
2. Select the items you with to purchase.
3. Don't use the redeem discount coupon at the bottom of the Shopping Cart screen - Press the checkout button.
4. Use the Gift Certificate Payment option.
5. Enter your Gift Certificate ID.
6. If your Certificate doesn't cover the total of the invoice then you can choose a payment method.
Q: Do you have a bricks and mortar shop?
A: We sell online only. The benefit of this is that we are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and the items get delivered to your door, no need to waste time driving around to find the products you want.
Q: Do you offer classes or crops on the Gold Coast?
